Orrin

An idea management app for creators who think in bursts.

What it is

Orrin is a tool for capturing and connecting ideas — built for creators who think in non-linear bursts. This is a designed concept. The thinking exists; the app doesn't ship yet.

The challenge

Notes apps are either too simple or too complex. The simple ones lose things; the complex ones add friction. Creators need something that gets out of the way on capture but has enough structure to make ideas retrievable. That tension is the design problem.

Orrin

Goals

  1. 01Make capture faster than a plain notes app.
  2. 02Surface urgency and priority without manual tagging.
  3. 03Let connections between ideas emerge naturally over time.
  4. 04Design a first-run that creates the habit immediately.

Walkthrough

Dashboard

Dashboard

The home base. A quick read on what's captured, what's in motion, and what's ready to ship — with capture always one tap away.

Ideas

Ideas

Every thought lives here. Designed so a raw idea can be dropped in instantly, then enriched later without friction.

Pipeline

Pipeline

From draft to shipped. A clear, status-driven view that surfaces momentum without forcing manual upkeep.

Calendar

Calendar

Ideas tied to time. Scheduling turns intention into a plan, so the best thinking actually goes out the door.

Analytics

Analytics

What's working, at a glance. Reach and output trends help creators learn which ideas earn their attention.

AI Assistant

AI Assistant

A thinking partner. The assistant refines angles, generates hooks, and pushes a rough idea toward something worth shipping.

Lessons

Creators don't want a second job. The core principle: capture had to be faster than a notes app — nothing between the thought and the tap.

Orrin is still in design. The thinking is solid; the screens show how it would work. When it ships, this page gets the real thing.
